Meet the Artist “Visions of Vistas”

Meet the Artist, Christiane Evans (CeTina).
Artist Statement:
I love to paint. Nature’s colors, moods, themes, the ever-changing views of the sky, the magnificence of the ocean, all of this inspires me. For me the process of creating is largely intuitive. While remembering the expanse of meadows and oceans, the coolness of water, the play of shadow and light, the images blend. Listening to the stillness and calm of nature on a good day, brings back things I used to love, and a new vision emerges, and finds its way into my work.

I love sharing these visions with others, and hope to convey a sense of the beauty that we can find around us. In the end, it takes but one look. Pictures speak to each of us in a unique way, and it is up to us to interpret what we see.
