.Questions & Answers from the Information Session:

1. Can we get the timing of the daily itinerary  – there was a concern voiced that they don’t want a tour that is scheduled down to every minute of the day.
   -The tour is not scheduled down to the minute.  Start times will depend on the Tour Director.  The activities are scheduled for AM, afternoon and PM.
2. What time in the morning does the itinerary begin – on a daily basis? Again, people voiced concern that they don’t want to be touring dawn to dusk.
   -Roughly 8am -10am (varies with each day)
3. Can guests upgrade airfare to business or first class?
   -Only to premium economy and business class.  Our flight contracts don’t allow for first class upgrades.
4. Does Go Ahead assist with coordinating airport transfers when guests book their own flight? Do they call the 800 # first to get guidance on what day/time and location to book their own flight?
   -Yes!  They would call the 1-800-438-7672 number for that information.
5. What is aprox. bus travel time (how long does it take to get from town to town)? 

-Naples to Benevento, 1.5 hours

-Gargano Region to Castel del Monte, 2.5 hours

-Castel del Monte to Lecce, 3 hours

-Lecce to Salice Salentino, 30-45 minutes

-Salice Salentino to Ostuni, 1 hour

-some short 45 minue transfers in the Itria Valley countryside

-Itria Valley to Bari, 1 hour

-Bari to Puglia Agriturismo, 1 hour

-Itria to Matera, 1.5 hours

-Amalfi Coast to departing airport in Naples, 1.5 hours

That is the end of the main tour 12 day portion.  It is not including the extension transfer information.

6. Is the flight from SFO to Naples non-stop?

-No.
Direct flights from California are rare.  We can’t promise that and typically traveler’s fly to the east coast before flying to Europe.

Routing will vary upon airline availability when it does come time to book.  Right now flight routing for this trip isn’t available.  Flights from airlines are released around 300 days until departure.

Our flights team will find the most direct routing to get your travelers to tour from their selected departure airport.  Each traveler will know their flights roughly from 60-45 days to the tour date.

7. What is the cost for Single Occupancy?
   -$630 additional for a private room throughout the tour.
