It’s pretty awe-inspiring to see wave upon wave of generosity toward local small businesses. The shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, bowling alleys, etc. are important to us because they nurture us in some way. They bring us together.
There is also a heck of a lot of creativity happening right now. Like non-stop Instagram Live and all manners of distraction. But it is good stuff because people have a drive to connect and to support. One of our popular musicians, Rick Sanders, is performing virtual concerts on Twitch.TV including a concert that started at 6:30 tonight (woops!).
